The project supports key stakeholders and policymakers from the responsible ministries of partner countries in developing evidence-based national policies and frameworks for climate-oriented, resilient, and green economic development. It assesses existing knowledge and identifies priority areas for intervention along selected agro-value chains, taking into account EU standards and European Green Deal requirements. Based on this assessment, the project provides targeted recommendations for policy improvement.

To ensure effective implementation, the project facilitates public–private dialogues and assists Eastern Partnership countries in integrating these recommendations into their national policies and regulatory frameworks.
